Please make sure the correct shipping address is entered – we cannot be held responsible for posting to the wrong address/failed delivery as a result of mistakes.
Please email within 24 hours of ordering if you notice a mistake with your address.
IMPORTANT! Please note someone needs to be at home for DPD to be able to deliver on time.

If you won't be at home, you can request that your parcel is left with a neighbour or in a designated safe space through the link in your email. By doing so you are accepting responsibility for the item if it goes missing. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any claims with the courier service if your parcel is lost after being delivered to your designated safe space, so please do not order if you aren't happy to take this risk.

I do not recommend requesting the parcel be taken to a pickup shop as this tends to be very unreliable, and can cause delays which I cannot take responsibility for.
If your order is a surprise for someone, please make sure they know something is coming!

*Please note that these are delivery aims, and are not guaranteed by DPD. Compensation will not be given for minor delays or small amounts of damage that occur in transit. If your parcel has not been delivered after two days, please email soph@proteinpatisserie with your order number and I'll do what I can to help!

Ordering
Orders can be made via the website during restocks on Wednesdays at 7pm. Due to high demand, please note that all products will usually sell out within 15 minutes. Bulk orders (minimum £80 total) can be placed via email or this order form.
Order Confirmation
We confirm every order by e-mail, so you can see the full details and keep track of it. Please check your address, order and contact details are correct and let us know if anythings wrong as soon as possible.
A separate email from DPD will arrive later with the tracking and delivery information for your order. Please make sure you update any delivery preferences as soon as possible.
If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, first check your spam/junk mailbox. If there's nothing there, send an email to soph@proteinpatisserie and we'll look into it for you.
Cancellation & Amendme​nts
Please get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to request a cancellation or amendment. Please note that if your order has been processed and/or you've received a shipping confirmation, we are unable to make any changes to your order as all products are made to order.
Packaging & Damage
All our boxes are packed as safely as possible to protect them in transit, with a fragile sticker on every order. Every item leaves us in perfect condition, but very rarely some cosmetic damage may occur in transit.
Please email if you have any concerns as we can feedback to our courier, however as this isn't something we can control we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for minor damages.
