By ordering from Protein Patisserie you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

PRICES & DESCRIPTIONS

All prices are as stated on the website, but we reserve the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. We have taken care in preparing the content of this website to ensure all goods have been fairly described. However, actual goods may slightly differ to those described. Weights, sizes and dimensions are approximate and may vary.

AVAILABILITY 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available on that day, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by credit or debit card. We use a trusted, reliable and secure payment gateway (provided by Wix).

BULK ORDERS

If you would like to place a large order (over the value of £75), please email us proteinpatisserieuk@gmail.com.

DELIVERY

We will aim to dispatch goods within 5 working days. If dispatch is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the dispatch date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to inform you of this. 

The majority of orders are sent with DPD via next day delivery. Orders outside of mainland UK will be sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 or Special Delivery. You will receive an email when your order is getting prepared to be dispatched.​

IMPORTANT! Please note someone needs to be at home for DPD to be able to deliver on time. 

Please do not order if you are unable to receive delivery as refunds cannot be offered for products that have spoiled due to failed or delayed delivery.

If no one is at home to receive the delivery:

- Please update your delivery options with DPD via the dispatch email. You can request that the parcel is left with a neighbour or in a specific safe place e.g in the enclosed front porch, behind the back gate. It is unlikely the driver will leave a parcel on the doorstep and I do not recommend using the pick-up shops as this often leads to delays.​

- If your delivery fails because no one is at home to receive the item and the phone call from the driver is not answered, kindly note that a redelivery charge may apply.
- If your order is a surprise for someone, please let them know something is coming!

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All our protein bakes are freshly made to order and we do not accept returns. Refunds, credit notes or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality.

Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your bakes upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Protein Patisserie will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.

We take great care to ensure all products arrive in good condition, however due to the nature of the postal service there may occasionally be aesthetic damage. If you are unhappy with the condition of your order when it arrives please ensure you take a photo showing any damage and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you do not have the legal right to cancel orders of made-to-order items, which includes all our products. However, if we have not yet ordered ingredients for them or started production, we may cancel your order or provide a Credit at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:

• 
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered

• We do not deliver to your area;

• One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers


If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will refund any payment you have made to us within 30 days of your order.
